On behalf of the Nigerian Women Association of Columbia, South Carolina, welcome to our home page.

NWAC has been around for seventeen years and has gained recognition through participations in the annual Columbia International Festival, donations to local charities and orphanages in Nigeria.

We also offer one time scholarships to qualified Nigerian students in diaspora.

Through our annual Nigerian Independence day celebration, we showcase our cultural dances, dresses and foods to the local community.

We strive to foster friendships and cultural integration within our Columbia communities while promoting the ideals of our home country, Nigeria. Thank you.

Mrs. Aramide Mitchell
President, NWAC
